Working for the Trust

"We do a really important job here, we can change people's lives! We do so by providing good quality affordable homes to people without them and we manage our estates to make sure that they are safe, clean and pleasant places for people to enjoy. We also work closely with our organisations to try and help improve health, education, crime and employment issues for many of our tenants.

Changing people's lives should bring big rewards in itself, but we also offer competitive salaries, access to a final salary pension scheme, an excellent quality office environment and wellbeing days.

You will work alongside friendly and helpful colleagues in a place committed to constantly making it a better place to work. We have been awarded platinum status by Investors in People and were 20th in the 2015 Times Top 100 not for profit organisations to work for.

We're only interested in appointing people who share our values - people who put customers first, who take responsibility, who do what they say they will for customers and colleagues, who will think of better ways to do things and who have energy and positivity.

Watch our video to understand our values a little better:

If you fit this bill, then we'd love to hear from you."

Tim Pinder (Chief Executive)
