Ways to pay my rent

There are lots of ways that you can pay your rent – choose whichever works for you.

Pay online by using the My Account.

To log in to My Account, all you need is your tenancy reference number (you can find this on top of any letter we’ve sent to you) and your email address.

Once you’re set up, you can check your balance, book a repair and manage your tenancy all in one space.

This is the easiest way to pay your rent and can be set up on any day in the month, that suits your lifestyle best.

All you need to do is download a direct debit form, complete it and send it back to us.

If you are a Leaseholder it's a different direct debit form.

If the direct debit dates are not suitable you can set up a standing order for weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly payments.

Ask your bank to set up a standing order and give them the following details:

Account Name: Cheshire Peaks & Plains Housing Trust Ltd - Revenue Account

Account Number: 90606278

Sort Code: 20-53-85

Bank Details: Barclays Bank plc

Reference: Your tenancy reference number

Amount: How much you need to pay

Frequency: How often you need payments to be made

Only cheque payments can be made through the post.

Please write your tenancy reference number on the back of the cheque or postal order and send it to: Peaks & Plains Housing Trust, Ropewalks, Newton Street, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 6QJ. The payee should be Peaks & Plains Housing Trust.

You can pay at any branch of Barclays Bank (this includes cash payments).

When making your payment, please quote the following details.
