Have your say on our services and influence decision-making across the Trust. There are lots of different ways to get involved - we're making it easier for you to tell us how we are doing and how we can improve.

There's lots of different ways that you can get involved. Whether you’d like to get involved once or get involved on an ongoing basis, come to meetings or have your say from home - we’ve got an involvement method that suits you. 

Challenge us

Meeting for 2-3 hours every five weeks - the Challenge Group helps us to improve the services that matter most to you.

Collaborate with us

At this level, you can influence and have your say on the service we provide and you'll only need to dedicate around 1-2 hours every 3 months.

Comment on our services

Get involved from the comfort of your own home or come along to meetings that interest you most. At this level, you can dedicate as much or as little of your time as you'd like.

The Trust is now a member of Tpas, which means our customers can access their 'Members Only' services completely free.

Who are Tpas?

Tpas (Tenancy Engagement Expert) are the country's leading national tenant involvement organistation.

They are an organisation dedicated to improving tenant engagement standards across the country. They promote, support and champion tenant involvement and empowerment in social housing across England.

Included in the membership:

  • Access to training
  • Unlimited attendance at free regional events
  • Magazines
  • Briefings as well as a telephone and information service.
