We are a Living Wage Employer
The Trust is a Living Wage employer. This means that we think that everyone should earn a wage that they can live on.
As a living wage employer we make sure that all employees aged 18 and over*, including certain types of contracted staff, are paid at least the living wage.
We also agree to increase the amount which we pay to staff by the same amount as any increase in the living wage.
(*This doesn't include apprentices.)
Earning the Real Living Wage means being able to earn a wage you can live on.
The Real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by over 11,000 UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a wage which meets everyday needs - like the weekly shop or a surprise trip to the dentist.
