Trust responsibilities
Here are the things you can expect from us on a monthly basis inside your communal areas. A reminder that schedules can change in bad weather.
Clean skirting boards, stairs, doors, door glass, handrails, wall lighting and window sills
Sweep or vacuum hard floors clear of rubbish. Mop and dry in summer - spot mop areas in winter
Vacuum carpeted floors
Clean and dry communal doors, including glass and framework
Wipe clean call panel touch points and surrounding areas
Sweep/vacuum lifts where present. Polish stainless steels surfaces and glass
Here are the things you expect from us on a monthly basis in your outside communal areas. Remember, schedules can change in bad weather.
Sweep bin stores monthly and dispose of debris and leave tidy
Dust all external lights and signage
Treat/remove weeds
Investigate and remove fly tipping
Refill grit bins when needed (we only refill these - nothing else)
Your responsibilities
Here's what we expect from you...
Report fly tipping or graffiti
Dispose of all rubbish appropriately
Report abandoned items or cars
Keep communal areas clear of all items - including shoes, bikes and doormats
Pick up litter if you drop it and pick up after your pet
Respect your neigbours
Safety in your communal space - we will:
Remove loose litter/rubbish internally and externally
Unblock bin chutes (if you have one)
Test fire alarms where present
Flush any communal taps internally and externally
Test and check emergency lights where present
Our contractors will also clean your communal windows every quarter
