Ending a tenancy
If you’re moving home or ending a tenancy you will need to give us four weeks’ notice in writing. Please get in touch if you need help with this.
Make sure that you fill out the right form. There are different forms depending on who's tenancy you're trying to end or if the tenant has passed away.
If you fill out the wrong form, there may be delays and this can prolong the tenancy and how long you are paying rent.
