Every spring and summer, we run our annual gardening competition.
It lets us see how you transform your green spaces into special places - and, each year in your applications, you tell us stories about how important these areas are for your mental and physical wellbeing. We want to celebrate and promote exactly that.
Creating an opportunity for everyone
We want all our customers to feel they can get involved with the competitions and opportunities we promote. So, for 2024, we're putting the question straight to you:
What do you think we should do to encourage and celebrate gardening in our communities?
Is our gardening competition in its current form working for you? Or would you like us to do it differently?
Our staff have suggested a few different ideas so far - such as sending out sunflower seeds to customers who sign up, and deciding who grew the tallest or brightest sunflower. But really, we want your ideas.
Our contractors support our current gardening competition with funding.
