We're so sorry that, recently, the quality of our grounds maintenance hasn't been as good as it should be.

When it comes to grounds maintenance, our customers expect and deserve a certain quality of service. Recently, we know that the service that our contractor has provided has not been up to scratch.


We apologise for this reduced service.  We are working hard with our contractor to improve services across our communities.  
We are doing everything we can to get the cutting schedule back on track and would like to thank you for your continued patience and support. 

A request

We ask for your continued patience as we deal with a high volume of grass-related enquiries. While we know that this is frustrating, we have had some abusive calls from customers and we don’t believe that our staff deserve this kind of treatment.
