We're recruiting for a new Damp and Mould Customer Panel. Challenge us, have your say and hold us accountable - here's how you can get involved.
We want to meet every other month, so you can hold us to account and work with us to make our the service better. We have an action plan for our damp and mould cases and during these meetings, we'll go through it: answering your questions, showing what we've achieved, what our upcoming goals are - as well as taking your opinions and suggestions on board so we can see our plans through your eyes.
We haven't yet decided the dates that the panel will meet, except for our upcoming first meeting in February.
Our first meeting
We're meeting on 29 February at 5:30pm - 7pm. Join us online or at Ropewalks, our main offices on Newton Street in Macclesfield. We'll be providing refreshments, including pizza.
We'd especially like to hear from you if you've experienced damp and mould in the past, or you have it now.
We will cover the cost of taxis and childcare/care of your dependents during the meeting - email us at getinvolved@peaksplains.org if you'd like to know more about how we do this.
