When we will be closed
We will close at 5pm on Friday 26th May and reopen on Tuesday 6th June at 8:30am.
What to do in an emergency
During this time, we are operating an emergency only service.
If you need to report an emergency or to make a payment, then please call 0800 012 1311 any day or time.
If you smell gas you should call Cadent on 0800 111 999 before calling our freephone number.

We will respond to your online enquiries within 4 working days from our first day back in the office.
After the Bank Holidays our busiest times will be between 9am and 11:30 on the day we reopen. Please try to call outside of those times on Tuesday, so that we can sort your issue out more swiftly.
