Recent updates
We are aware of the issue with the communal ariel and have reported it to our external contractor who will be attending as soon as possible.
To keep you better informed, we’ve created this page where we’ll post regular updates on the status of the repairs.
Current status
- All lifts are fixed and operate normally.
We really appreciate your patience with us as we work to sort this as quickly as we can.
Our next quarterly residents' panel is on Thursday 28th May 2026, 5.30pm-7pm.

Water supply at Pennine Court
Please be advised that there may be intermittent issues with your water supply on 10th and 11th of June due to a repair affecting several flats at Pennine Court.
To resolve the issue, the water supply will need to be isolated while the repair is carried out. You may experience interruptions throughout the day, and for this we offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this essential repair is completed.
