We sincerely apologise for the ongoing inconvenience caused by the recurring lift breakdowns. We appreciate your patience, while we're looking for better solutions.
We're adding this section to our website to keep you informed with regular updates on the status of the lifts repairs.
We acknowledge that both lifts are out of service at Pennine Court, and we understand this is inconvenient.
The odd lift is out of service awaiting repair. We have the part on order (control panel) and will provide the date of installation as soon as possible.
Concept, our contractor have attended the breakdown of the even lift today and have advised that the part requires replacement. This work will begin on Friday, 1 August. Once started, the repair will take approximately one day to complete.
