The odd lift at Pennine Court has been successfully repaired and is now functioning properly after the recent breakdown.
We’re really sorry for the continued inconvenience caused by the recurring lift issues. We understand how frustrating this is and truly appreciate your patience while we work on a long-term solution.
To keep you better informed, we’ve created this page where we’ll post regular updates on the status of the repairs.
Current status
- All lifts are currently operational.

We held our quarterly residents' panel on Thursday, 5 November 2026, where we provided updates on fire safety, neighbourhood and parking.
