We want to hear from you—the good and the bad.

That's why we’ve created three categories to make sure your feedback is used in the most effective way possible.

  • Complaints - when you believe that we haven't delivered on the service we promised

  • Comments - feedback on the service that you've received

  • Compliments - tell us when we've done something well

Remember, if you have a complaint about the behaviour of one of your neighbours then please report it by completing our anti-social behaviour form.
