Boiler care in freezing weather

When the temperature dips and your boiler stops working - try this easy fix before you pick up the phone.

When it's freezing outside, the pipe that goes from your boiler to the outside of your home can freeze up and stop your boiler from working properly - just when you need it most. 

If you boiler 'shuts off' take these three easy steps to get your boiler working again. 

  1. Find the blockage
  2. Thaw the frozen pipe
  3. Reset or restart your boiler

It can save you time and help to get your heating and hot water back up and running - no need to call us.
