My Account is a simple and easy way to pay your rent. We are currently working on an upgrade, which may affect you if you try to pay with a VISA card. All other cards will work as normal. Remember there are lots of other ways to pay your rent
We are working with our IT supplier to do an upgrade to My Account. At the moment, you may experience problems when paying with a VISA card.
Remember there are lots of other ways to pay your rent:
- Make the move to Direct Debit – it’s the easiest way to pay.
- Set up a Standing Order – you can do this online or just talk to your bank.
- Pay your rent anytime, day or night, by calling 0800 012 1311.
- Got an Allpay card? Visit a PayPoint outlet or Post Office, call 0844 557 8321 or use the app.
