Interim Chief Executive, Mark Howden explained
Although our work is limited due to social distancing regulations, I welcomed this opportunity to update David Rutley on the work that our staff continues to do out in our communities and remotely. I was able to update him on what that involves, from organising food parcels and phoning our more vulnerable customers to attending emergencies and continuing with our essential compliance work.
David Rutley MP also commented on the meeting with Jane and Mark,
Really good to meet Peaks & Plains Housing Trust’s new Chair, Jane McCall, and Interim Chief Executive Mark Howden today. In particular, I was pleased to hear about the support work that the Trust is doing in our communities to support vulnerable tenants throughout this pandemic.
Our new chair of the Board, Jane McCall said
I really welcome this opportunity to meet David Rutley MP and to update him on the Trust’s immediate response to Covid-19 and how we are balancing that with recovery planning. I look forward to continuing to work with him and the Trust’s leadership team to see the plan through to a speedy completion and work together on our plans for new builds across the region.
