Talking Therapies provides support and services that help people to deal with the root causes of mental wellbeing issues, including practical help around debt and money management, physical health, loneliness and isolation, bereavement, housing and employment.
The service welcomes clients from all walks of life and with all kinds of challenges, but the thing that links them all together is a real desire to find practical ways to feel happier, healthier and more able to successfully manage their lives for the longer term.
Over the past year, the Hub has been visited by over 1000 people. One of our visitors shared their thoughts,
I am so grateful to have accessed this service. The group I have been lucky enough to join have been a wonderful support and made me feel less isolated and understanding my thought patterns
