Under 25, live locally and facing difficulties? Here's a handful of organisations in Cheshire that may offer the support you need - whether you're looking for social events, counselling, or rehabilitation.

You can need extra support at any age. But the type of help you need can change depending on your age, and these organisations are brilliant at helping under 25s with a real range of issues.

YMCA Crewe

YMCA Crewe provides community activities for children, families and the socially isolated. They also provide accommodation and support for people experiencing homelessness, care leavers, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, and refugees. They also run a cafe for service users.

Friends For Leisure

Friends For Leisure aims to help young people and people with disabilities make friends, join in and try new things. They are based in Congleton. 

Just Drop In

Counselling and wellbeing services for under 25s in Macclesfield.

Catch 22

Supporting children, young people and their families through difficult times and helping them to achieve their full potential. Services range from victim services and rehabilitation to education and training opportunities.

East Cheshire Young Persons Drug and Alcohol Service

Advice and information for young people aged 13-18 who use drugs/alcohol regularly.
