We are so sorry to say that we have a lot of sickness in the Customer Team at the moment, but don't worry, we're always here for emergencies.

Our normal phone service is only available 8:30am -12 noon then 1.15pm - 2.45pm.

If you do not have an emergency

After this time, if you do not have an emergency:

  • Email us at trust@peaksplains.org (4 day response time to emails)
  • Use live chat for emergencies and non-emergencies between 10am and 1.30pm.
  • Or you can call back next week when our staff are well again.

If you do have an emergency - we are here for you

Your call will be diverted to our emergency line.
