Your repairs – an update for our customers

Things are changing in response to the pandemic. Here is our August 2021 update for you.

You can now report your repairs to us as normal, but things may take longer than usual.

This is because we expect an increase in repairs as we come out of lockdown, leading to pressure on staffing levels.

So, unfortunately, you may wait longer for an appointment, and some repairs may take longer to complete.


Keeping you safe

Things are changing, but we are still working in line with government guidelines.

So, we are taking all necessary safety precautions to protect you and our colleagues while working in your home.

If you are shielding

You can choose whether to have non-essential work completed in your home. Just give us a call and let us know.

We will, of course, continue to carry out emergency and essential safety work.

If you have symptoms, you are self-isolating or shielding

If you, or anyone you live with, has Coronavirus symptoms or have been told to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace, please call us to let us know.

This is to help prevent the virus from spreading and to protect you, our staff and other customers.

If you have an emergency, we will talk to you to find a way to deal with this safely, taking all necessary precautions.
