The Regulator's latest judgement
We've now received our latest judgement from the Regulator of Social Housing (RoSH).
Following an inspection by the RoSH in November 2025, we have been awarded a G1 for Governance and V2 for Viability.
For the first time, we were also assessed for Consumer Standards, receiving the highest possible grade of C1. This recognises the quality of services delivered to customers by staff across the Trust.
The successful outcome of our latest regulatory judgement reflects our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality homes and services for our customers. It demonstrates how strong governance, transparency, and a resident-focused approach sit at the heart of everything we do. We’re very proud of this result, and even as we celebrate, we recognise that there is always more to do and will continue our work to improve
