Here's a bit more about this project which will run from 30th September to 20th December 2019.
We care about the quality of your home and we want to make sure it's comfortable and safe. So we are carrying out a survey of around half our homes to see what improvements we need to plan for in the future.
If you get a letter, then you will receive a visit from a Savills Surveyor, who will need to enter your home as well as any garden areas.
The Surveyor will be carrying a Savills Surveyor’s identification badge together with a copy of this letter.
If you have any concerns at all, please ask the Surveyor to wait outside and then call Peaks & Plains Housing Trust on 0800 012 1311 and we will check that the person is an employee of Savills working on behalf of Peaks & Plains Housing Trust.

If you are not in when the Surveyor calls don't worry, they will leave a calling card with contact details for you to call back and arrange an appointment at a more convenient time.
