What do I need to do?
Every month, our Customer Experience Manager will send you an email and ask you to contact us about an issue on specific days – don’t worry, these dates aren’t shared with our teams answering the calls and you aren’t expected to do all of the dates.
You'll then tell us how our customer service team are doing - what went well? What needs improving?
