We are currently working on an exciting new development pipeline in meeting affordable housing need. We are also actively looking to work with landowners, developers, and partners to continue to address need by building homes across the areas we operate.
We have a mixed tenure portfolio, which is primarily social and affordable rent, but also includes homes that are Rent to Buy, Shared Ownership and private rent, as well as a small commercial portfolio. We would also consider developing homes for outright sale as part of a wider scheme.
We are eager to hear about new projects that accommodate between 15 and 100 homes in the areas we work. This could include land banking, land led package deals, joint ventures, S106 and off the shelf developments. We can contract via JCT or Development Agreements.
