Cheshire East Drug and Alcohol Service is a free and confidential service for adults, people involved in the criminal justice system, families, carers and affected others in Cheshire East. They also offer a young persons service which supports those under the age of 18 with drug or alcohol issues.

One You Cheshire East is a free local lifestyle service, designed to support Cheshire East residents in making small and sustainable changes to improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life, helping them to live a healthier lifestyle.

The organisation is there to help you manage your weight, be physically active, stop smoking or improve your balance and mobility.
