It's a truly massive task, but we're determined to get in touch with as many customers as possible.
We need to make sure that the information we hold is as good as it can be, so that we know how to provide the right services to you.
To do this, we'll be making calls to around 3500 customers. That's going to take a while, of course, so we're enlisting our colleagues from across the Trust.
All of our staff on the calls will be fully trained and they will talk you through a set of questions about you and the other people you live with.
There will be no trick questions. After all, it's all about you!
Staying safe and scam-aware
There are so many scams around at the moment so it pays to be cautious. If you are ever contacted by someone saying they are from the Trust you can always check them out.
Take their name and number, put the phone down and contact us.
If you would rather not provide this information over the phone you can do it quickly and easily on our website.
- Remember we will never ask for your bank or credit card details when we make these calls.
Our partners at Age UK Cheshire East provide really brilliant support for those over 55 who are victims of scams or need advice.
- Age UK Cheshire East Scam Awareness Support - working to help people across Macclesfield, Congleton, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Poynton and Knutsford.
