What you need to know over Christmas

Opening times

We're closing our offices on Friday 23 December at 12.30pm. We'll be reopening for business as usual at 8.30am on Tuesday 3 January 2023. 

The busiest time of the year is always the morning after we reopen. So, if it's not urgent then you can always call back later for a shorter call queue.

Payment date changed?

Since we have quite a few bank holidays in the last week of the year, some of the payment dates for your rent might have changed. You can read everything that you need to know here.
