How do you pay and what do you need to do?
Receive Universal Credit?
- You could be paid 4 days earlier than normal (because of the Bank Holidays). Use My Account or our automated payment line to pay.
Been paid early?
- Be aware that you don’t have to wait for your normal payment date. Pay your rent straight away for peace of mind.
Do you pay by Direct Debit?
- Be aware, your payment dates might also change due to the Bank Holidays.
Direct Debit - dates to know about
December 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th and 28th .
If your Direct Debit payment is due on these dates your rent will be collected on 28th December.
January 1st, 2nd and 3rd
If your Direct Debit payment is due on these dates your rent will be collected on the 3rd January.
