Our big Autumn Clean-up!
This September, we're hosting another 'Clean-up' Day. Think skips, litter-picking and staff out and about saying hello. You can even request for us to pick up your items...
When?
- Thursday 3rd September, 10am-2pm.
So, what's happening?
There will be three skips located around:
- Jodrell Close, Macclesfield
- Bank Street, Macclesfield
- Knutsford Road Walk/Wilmslow Walk, Macclesfield

Think litter picking, skips and staff out and about keeping the area clean.
Having a clear-out? Something you've been meaning to get rid of? You can bring it to one of the several skips we will have located around the estate.
But don't worry if you can't make it to a skip, you can let us know and we will help.
What can and can't go in the skips?
These things can go in the skip:
Most types of household and commercial waste, including;
- Paper
- Wood
- Plastic
- Metal
- Fabric
- Brick
- Rubble
- Soil
These things can't go in the skip:
Waste that is harmful or hazardous cannot go in the skip. This includes (but not limited to);
- Asbestos
- Clinical waste/needles
- Fridges/freezers - and other electrical appliances
- Mattresses
- Tyres
- Oil
- Gas bottles
- Poisonous or polluting substances
- Fire
