We used to hold formal quarterly meetings. From July, we're moving to informal monthly conversations that are easier to join and focus on a different topic each month.

There's no formal agenda and no pressure to speak. You can:

  • Ask questions

  • Challenge us

  • Hold us to account

  • Hear from our Management Teams

  • Meet other customers

  • Just drop-in to listen

Our monthly Customer Conversations gives you the opportunity to constructively challenge us and ask the difficult questions.

Your feedback helps us to make real improvements to the things that matter most to you, our customers. Whether you have a lot to say or simply want to listen - be part of the conversation.

You don't need to tell us you're coming, just drop in.
