Adding or removing a joint tenant Back

We are currently only able to remove a joint tenant from a tenancy where there are special and extenuating circumstances, which remain discretionary to the Trust, or where we are completing a mutual exchange or a succession application.

Special circumstances might be described as when someone may be put at risk of harm or where there has been a breakdown in a relationship. In these circumstances please contact the Trust at the following email address: explaining your request.

The Trust will only add a joint tenant to a tenancy in the initial sign-up stage of the tenancy. After this period we can only remove a joint tenant, as described above.
