Emergency repairs only
Our priority is to keep you safe so we will continue with our safety work. That’s things like servicing your gas boiler or completing fire safety work. This is why we are going to focus on emergency repairs so that we can prioritise important jobs.
What is an emergency?
This depends on what the repair is and on your circumstances, for example if your household includes elderly, vulnerable or disabled people, or infants under three years old.
Examples of emergency repairs that we will do during normal working hours:
Gas leak/ carbon monoxide
Security risk (eg smashed window, door not locking, you are locked out)
Any toilet in the household is blocked
Unsafe electrical sockets or fittings (including sparking)
Some leaks - we'll need to discuss the nature of your leak before we come out to you
No heating or hot water
