Peaks & Plains owns and manages around 5000 homes across East Cheshire and the High Peak. Based in Macclesfield, the Trust employs around 180 staff.
The Trust exists to play a part in addressing local housing need and it’s key priorities are to:
- be a great landlord
- create great places to live
- be a resilient organisation.
We are a profit-for-purpose organisation, so any surpluses (profits) that we make are reinvested back into the services that we provide. We don't have owners or shareholders. All profit is for a purpose.
