Ways to pay for leaseholders

If you are a leaseholder there are lots of ways that you can pay – choose whichever works for you.

This is the easiest way to pay.

All you need to do is download or request a direct debit form from us, complete it and send it back to us.

(If you rent your home then this is the form you need.)

If the direct debit dates are not suitable you can set up a standing order for weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, or monthly payments.

Ask your bank to set up a standing order and give them the following details:

Account Name: Cheshire Peaks & Plains Housing Trust
Account Number: 70999784
Sort Code: 20-53-85

Reference: Your account number or your leasehold property address

Amount: How much you need to pay

Frequency: How often you need payments to be made

Only cheque payments can be made through the post.

Please make payable to Cheshire Peaks and Plains Housing Trust. Write your name, address, and account number on the back of the cheque or postal order and post to CPPHT, Ropewalks, Newton Street, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 6QJ.

You can pay at any branch of Barclays Bank (this includes cash payments).
