If you know a password for one of our sheltered schemes, please make sure you have it to hand if you are calling to enter the scheme. You will not be granted access without this password.

To request a communal fob that is NOT in a sheltered scheme (e.g. for flats and maisonettes) please email us directly at and one of our team will help you.

Please be aware that there is a £10 surcharge on replacement fobs.
