Estate services and our handyperson service is delivered by our in-house TrustFix team. Ground maintenance and gardening services are delivered by our contractor, The Landscape Group. 


Handyperson service
If you have jobs that need doing in your home but you can’t manage them, then our handyperson service could be for you. It’s a free service, available to tenants of the Trust who cannot carry out work on their own due to age or disability. A member of our TrustFix team will carry out a wide range of smaller jobs for you, inside or outside your home, such as putting up shelves or clearing low rise gutters. All you need to do is supply any necessary materials for the job.

Gardening service
Maintaining a garden can be a struggle as you get older, and sometimes it’s just too much to cope with on your own. If this sounds familiar, then why not consider our gardening service? For an affordable fee, we can look after your garden for you.

Our gardening service is available to residents who are of pensionable age, disabled and/or in need of additional support, who are unable to maintain their garden without help. Customers sign up for a 12 month contract and then receive regular visits from a Landscape Group operative.
