Tenant Inspectors
All our Tenant Inspectors begin by taking part in a 7-day training course. This course provides them with everything they need to know about inspecting the Trust.
Once the training is complete, the inspectors participate in at least one inspection per year (approximately three take place each year). The inspectors investigate how the Trust goes about delivering a good service in the area (i.e. repairs), and then give us constructive feedback on how we can improve things.
All Tenant Inspectors have an opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification. Full support is provided by staff at the Trust.
