Residents’ Register

Residents Register

Our Residents’ Register is designed to allow customers to be consulted about our services in a more flexible way. As well as being invited to meetings, members of the Register can now be consulted via e-mail, post or telephone.

Members of the Register will be consulted on when there are any policy reviews, changes in procedure, or new initiatives within their area of interest (eg. customer services or rent collection), and will also receive an written update twice a year about any changes that have taken place within that area. 

You don’t have to agree to come to meetings to be on the Register, it’s really up to you how much time you spend working with the Trust. We always welcome new members onto the Register, so if you’re interested in making a difference please email Sophie Lewis, our Resident Involvement Officer, on s.lewis@peaksplains.org or call us on 0800 012 1311.
