Celebrating Easter at Wickfield Mews

We held an Easter themed drop in session at Wickfield Mews and our staff used this as an opportunity to really get to know residents - and, of course, hand out some Easter treats.
This event was a great success with staff across the business coming along to introduce themselves to tenants and local residents.

We want to speak to you and we really want you to get involved and help shape the Trust.

Last week, nine Peaks & Plains staff members made their way to Wickfield Mews, Poynton, to celebrate Easter early.

Staff visited for several hours and delivered Easter eggs to residents, using this as an opportunity to find out what the people living at Wickfield Mews really want and need - whether it was further information on repairs, their tenancy, or anti-social behaviour. We had staff from all these teams to talk to our customers about their concerns, if they had any.

The feedback from the session was positive and residents said they really enjoyed meeting our staff and their teams, and, of course, having a chance to talk about their concerns face to face.

Keep an eye out for community events starting near you!
