We bring staff from a range of teams - repairs, neighbourhoods, anti-social behaviour, customer voice - and this means we can log what you tell us and give you the updates you need, there and then.
Upton Priory
We've already visited customers around Suffolk Close in the Upton Priory, Macclesfield, with Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service.
We also headed to the CORE pantry for any other questions our customers might have about their homes and neighbourhoods.
Somerton Road, Weston
On 20 March, we also made our way to Somerton Road, where we knocked on our neighbours in bungalows to say hi and see if there was anything our customers needed to report.
Our Customer Voice staff also went to the Weston Community Hub on Gilchrist Avenue to support the hub with Easter eggs and activities for neighbours and families.
