Settle up, catch up and get ahead with your rent
There’s a non-charging rent week coming up and we’ve got a great new reason why this is the perfect time to get up to date with the rent you owe.
Did you know that this spring our tenants will be able to book most of their repairs online?
They will be able to select a slot that suits them and switch their appointment if things change.
But standard routine repairs will only be available to you if you don’t owe anything on your rent bill.
Make sure you are up to date with your rent by 31 March.
Everyone is busy and unexpected expenses can crop up at any time, from costly vet bills to new school kit, but what could be more important than a safe and secure roof over your head?
Reasons to settle up
- Don’t miss out on the chance to book standard routine repairs at a time that suits you.
- We’ve planned a non-charging week- 27th March – so that you can catch up, settle up and get ahead.
- If you're on our list for a kitchen or bathroom revamp we won't be able to do it if you owe us rent.
- If you are thinking about applying to do an improvement on your home you’ll need to be up to date with your rent before we consider your plans.
