With the help of customers like you we’ve developed this new part of our website where you can take control of your repairs.

This is the way we’ll handle your repairs from now on. No more waiting on the phone.

If you’d like to book, track and sort all your routine repairs from the comfort of your sofa here’s what you need to do.

  1. Have your tenancy reference ready – it’s the number we put on all our letters to you.
  2. Log in to My Account using your date of birth and tenancy reference number. You can select a username that you’ll remember.

It’s really that simple.

What's different now?

  • You’ll have more choice – pick the first available day or select another time and day that suits you better.
  • If something crops up you’ll be in charge – log on to move your repair appointment to a better time.
  • Don’t waste time on the phone – all of your repairs will be recorded online for you to check and change when you want.
  • Use our upload a photo feature so that we can get a really clear idea of what the problem is.
