- Have your tenancy reference ready – it’s the number we put on all our letters to you.
- Log in to My Account using your date of birth and tenancy reference number. You can select a username that you’ll remember.
It’s really that simple.

- You’ll have more choice – pick the first available day or select another time and day that suits you better.
- If something crops up you’ll be in charge – log on to move your repair appointment to a better time.
- Don’t waste time on the phone – all of your repairs will be recorded online for you to check and change when you want.
- Use our upload a photo feature so that we can get a really clear idea of what the problem is.
