We use a number of Performance Indicators (also know as PIs) to measure how we are performing on a regular basis. We monitor our performance to challenge how we do things and improve the services we offer you.
Our latest performance reports are available to download from this page - just scroll down and look on the left hand side. In the reports we rate our performance as a traffic light system, with green meaning we are hitting our targets, amber meaning we are almost at target, and red meaning we have more work to do to improve! We also use arrows to show you whether our performance is improving or not.
Our Local Offers
Our customer Challenge Group, with help from our Tenant Inspectors and members of the Resident Register has developed a list of 16 local offers for us to measure our performance against. This list clearly shows what areas we are performing well on, and which areas we need to improve. As of 2016, we now only report on 13 local offers following the loss of our Nieghbourhood and ASB teams.
These new Local Offers represent the key areas that we will be focussing on from now on, and we regularly report our performance against these standards, both on this web page and in our customer magazine PlainSpeaking.
